A 17-year-old was arrested Wednesday for allegedly possessing a loaded gun for the second time in Troy. Officers were patrolling the area of North Central Troy after a recent shooting. They found a person standing with a group of people who they thought had a handgun. He ran away after police approached but was caught nearby.
