Police arrested a teenager who was carrying an illegal, loaded handgun with 25 rounds of ammunition. On Wednesday afternoon, Troy police were patrolling an area of North Central Troy after a recent shooting in the area. That’s when police spotted the 17-year-old suspect standing with a larger group of people.
