SARATOGA SPRINGS – Several hundred people attended Saratoga Springs’ 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony, staged on a blue-sky Wednesday morning at High Rock Park. The park has since 2012 served as the location for the city’s annual ceremony and serves as the permanent site of the 25-foot-tall sculpture created from 9/11 steel by artists John van Alstine and Noah Savett.
