Schenectady, NY (WRGB) – Schenectady police are currently conducting an ‘operation’ with the ATF, and NYSP. Neighbors say they had to leave their homes and police have been here since 6 a.m., trying to get someone out of a home on Odell Street. Kelton Ave and Odell St are blocked off.
