ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) – Emergency room wait times have become a long standing issue at Albany Medical Center and its continuing to frustrate patients and staff alike. Cynthia Cowan went to Albany Med’s emergency room earlier this month after she injured her spine. Little did she know that she was going to be there for the next 36 hours, spending 27 of them in the waiting room.
