Three Fulton County residents have been arrested and charged after an attempted fraud at a credit union in Glenmont. On Wednesday, October 2, 2024, the Bethlehem Police Department took into custody Hector J. Reyes Jr., 21, of Gloversville; Zionna O. Belknap, 24, of Johnstown; and Melvin D. Witherspoon, 30, also of Johnstown.
