UPDATE (10/4): The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday that they have charged an Athens man in connection to the death of a motorcyclist in Nichols on Sept. 16. Law enforcement say Jack Lineburg, 58, allegedly hit and killed 64-year-old Calvin Pierce of Barton and hurt another passenger while they were on a motorcycle that was stopped and waiting to turn off of the roadway.
