Guilderland Police say they arrested Erica A. Winters-Freehoffer, 45, of Lenox, MA on Saturday for driving while under the influence of drugs with two children in the car. Police say they stopped a vehicle in the Walgreens parking lot at 2061 Western Avenue around 1:20 a.m. Investigation determined that Winters-Freehoffer was under the influence of drugs while operating the vehicle.
