ALBANY, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Albany Police reported the arrest of four teens following a trespassing investigation. The youths all face felony charges.

On Thursday around 7:55 p.m., police responded to the 100 block of Lark Drive near Manning Boulevard after receiving reports of a group of teens trespassing in a nearby maintenance building. Arriving officers located four boys inside, two of which were allegedly found with loaded handguns. The group was taken into custody and charged with the following offenses:
16-year-old and 17-year-old
- Second-degree criminal possession of a weapon
- Third-degree criminal possession of a weapon
- First-degree criminal trespass
Haleem Fareh, 19, of Albany
- First-degree criminal trespass
13-year-old
- First-degree criminal trespass
Albany man indicted in Menands shooting incident
The 16 and 17-year-olds were arraigned in Albany County Family Court. The 16-year-old was placed on home confinement, while the 17-year-old was remanded to the Capital District Juvenile Secure Detention Facility.
