Three Albany residents were arrested on Willet Street early Saturday morning during an investigation that yielded three loaded firearms. At around 2:05 a.m., on-duty Albany Police officers and Albany firefighters, who were on separate calls, heard what sounded like gunshots coming from inside Washington Park near Willet Street. When officers arrived, they observed several individuals fleeing from the area. Tywone Jackson, 21, of Albany led officers on a foot pursuit, during which police say he discarded a loaded 9mm handgun before being taken into custody.
