Albany Police say three people including 16-year-old have been arrested and are now facing charges. Police say around 2 a.m. Saturday morning they were called out to Washington Park near Willet Street for reports of gunshots. Officers captured 21-year-old Tywone Jackson, who allegedly threw away a handgun during the chase.
