The 15-year-old killed in a shooting on Saturday night is the brother of a woman killed in 2016, Schenectady Police confirmed. Dubar Knowles found in the backyard of a home at 1122 Congress St. with a gunshot wound to the chest. He died from his injuries. Police said the shooting occurred at some type of party. A 13-year-old girl also was injured.
