ALBANY, NY (WRGB) – Albany County Court heard testimony from police detectives during a pre-trial hearing for Austin Breyette on Thursday. Breyette is charged in the late April hit-and-run dirtbike crash that left UAlbany freshman Alexa Kropf on a ventilator and in a coma for several days. Kropf also had to undergo multiple surgeries including brain surgeries as well as physical and speech therapy.
