A pretrial hearing was held Thursday in the case of the Watervliet man accused of hitting and severely injuring a UAlbany student with a dirt bike. Austin Breyette, 26, is accused of hitting Alexa Kropf just before midnight on April 26. Kropf had serious injuries, including a fractured pelvis and required several brain surgeries.
