Albany, NY – Unseasonably warm temperatures will blanket the Capital Region today as high pressure dominates the weather pattern. Temperatures are expected to soar to 76 degrees in Albany, about 15 to 20 degrees above normal for late October. Similar conditions will be seen across eastern New York and western New England, with highs ranging from the upper 60s to mid-70s.
