PITTSFIELD, Mass. – It is National Friends of Libraries Week and the Berkshire Athenaeum’s group has a lot to be proud of. The Friends of the Berkshire Athenaeum Executive Committee gathered in the auditorium on Monday for its annual meeting. Since 1938, generations of Friends have worked to enhance the community’s library experience through programs and events.
