A Whitehall man was arrested on a weapons charge after a traffic stop. Carl D. Eldridge, 57, was pulled over on Oct. 28 around 8:15 p.m. on Ballard Road in Wilton for a traffic violation. Eldridge was arrested on an unrelated warrant out of Schenectady City Court, State Police said.
