Slingerlands’ Two Little Dumplings plans to open storefront

SLINGERLANDS, N.Y. ( NEWS10 ) — Two Little Dumplings, a family-owned business in Slingerlands, is raising money to help make the move from an at-home and pop-up venture to having a dedicated storefront. The dumpling shop is planning to open in the currently unfinished space at The Grove at 400 Maple Road in New Scotland.

Two Little Dumplings was started during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 by Jeanne Lee, Brian Yung and James Lee. Jeanne and Brian are married, while James is Jeanne’s brother. Other family members help out too, including Jeanne’s parents and children.

The business is known for offering a variety of frozen baos, dumplings, sauces, and seasonal desserts. Customers can place an order on the Two Little Dumplings website and get their order at the pick-up only location on Maher Road. Their products can also be found at pop-ups around the Capital Region.
