Fundraisers have begun to help the New York State Trooper and the tow truck driver who were hit by a pick-up truck while standing on the side of an Upstate New York highway. Earlier this month we told you about an awful accident that happened on the southbound side of I-87 in Upstate New York that involved a New York State Trooper and a local tow truck operator. Both the NYS Trooper and the tow truck driver were struck by a pick-up truck that was passing by leading to both of them sustaining severe injuries. Both were transported to Albany Medical Center to receive treatment.
