GLENVILLE, N.Y. ( NEWS10 )– An oversized vehicle hit the Glenridge Road bridge last week. A car following behind the truck caught the truck striking the bridge as the truck drove past road signs warning of the bridge’s low height.

Signs that the truck was transporting scrapped along the bottom of the bridge. The Glenridge Road bridge was last hit at the beginning of October.
Glenville Police said they didn’t respond to the bridge’s impact and that it appears to have no damage. They also said they were unsure if the vehicle was a Department of Transportation truck.
