Albany, NY – The Capital Region welcomed its first baby of 2025 at St. Peter’s Hospital, just 20 seconds after the clock struck midnight. Rob and Kate M. from Saratoga County are the proud new parents of Liam, who weighed in at 6 pounds, 3 ounces, and measured 19 inches long. Liam is their first child.
