Cohoes, NY (WRGB) – Police in Cohoes arrested a five-time felon following an early morning, New Year’s Day traffic stop. On Jan.1, at 2:18 a.m. a 2013 Nissan Altima driven by Lamont A. Holmes, 46, of Cohoes, was pulled over for a traffic stop. Police say Holmes had a suspended New York State Driver’s License and a loaded semiautomatic handgun was located in the car.
