Hochul sets Affordability Agenda: middle-class tax cuts

ALBANY | The Albany Falcons Marching Band opened the 2025 State of the State overview delivered Jan. 14 here by Gov. Kathy Hochul. The musical youth entourage brings students grades 6 through 12 together from across the state’s capital city. A prelude with poetry, music, prayer and ceremony included flags presented by the New York State Police Color Guard with Eagle Scout Ben David Gorman, from Boy Scout Troop 2166 of Nassau, leading the Pledge of Allegiance.
