ROTTERDAM, N.Y. (WRGB) — Rotterdam councilman Joe Mastroianni expected in Schenectady City court Monday over mail theft charge, stemming from an incident caught on camera in October.
Mastroianni pled not guilty during his initial court appearance earlier this month.
