A man has been arrested after a nearly 3-hour standoff in Rotterdam.
Rotterdam Police responded around 11:50 a.m. to a residence on Manas Drive for a report of a man who threatened another person in the household with a gun.
The Schenectady County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene and made several attempts for the man, identified as 48-year-old Alton L. Roe, to come out of the residence. They were not successful…
