The Ballston Spa contractor sentenced to prison for taking money and not completing a home renovation still has not been located.
Chad Nichols skipped his sentencing in Albany County Court on Feb. 13. Judge Thomas Marcelle sentenced him to up to 14 years in prison and issued a warrant for his arrest.
