36-year-old Devere Williams of Troy, New York, has been indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Acting United States Attorney Daniel Hanlon and Craig Tremaroli, Special Agent in Charge of the Albany Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), announced the charges last week.
