Cohoes, NY — State Police arrested two individuals in Cohoes for possession of a stolen vehicle and drugs.
27-year-old Madison Crall of Burnt Hills, and 38-year old Thomas Bishop of Cohoes, were taken into custody after Troopers stopped a vehicle on Congress Street around 2:00 PM.
The vehicle had been reported stolen from Albany the previous day…
