KINGSTON – Two Albany residents have been sentenced in Ulster County Court to up to three years in state prison following their guilty pleas to grand larceny.
Jonneasia Welcome, 21, and Kamel Pickens, 33, along with minors, traveled from Albany to steal from the Ulta Beauty store in the Town of Ulster on October 24, 2023.
