An Oswego man is accused of driving drunk with a revoked license.
Jose L. Coronado, 45, was stopped on Route 9 in the town of Halfmoon just before 1:30 a.m. Friday because his vehicle was swerving out of his lane, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.
Coronado is accused of driving while intoxicated. The charge was upgraded to a felony because he has a previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years. He also did not have a court-required ignition interlock device in his vehicle and was drinking alcohol in the vehicle, police said…
