QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (WNYT)- An arrest has been made in connection with an incident at a local daycare center.
Helen Oprencak, 72, has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child after she pulled a child, who refused to lie down for nap time, by the hood of their sweatshirt, holding them down until they went to sleep, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said.
