Saratoga Springs, NY (WRGB) — Sometimes after a loved one has passed away, you get signs that they’re still with you. That’s exactly what happened to two sisters in Saratoga Springs recently, when their late-father’s class ring was found in a drain by city DPW crews.
“We were cleaning a sewer and heard some tinking and tanking down there.’ Says Tim Nappi of the Saratoga Springs Dept. of Public Works. “We looked at it and it was a class ring. It had bowling pins and a bowling ball on the side.”
Instead of just putting it aside, the foreman posted a photo and description of the 1983 Saratoga High School class ring on Facebook in hopes of finding the owner. The search didn’t take long!…
