New York State Police say they arrested Alexander Rivera, 45, of Amsterdam and Amanda Giblin, 37, of Fonda on Friday following a traffic stop in the Village of Fonda.
Troopers say they stopped a vehicle around 4:04 a.m. on East Main Street in the village for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
Police say the driver, who was later identified as Rivera, provided false identifying information to Troopers. Rivera was later determined to have an active warrant out for his arrest…
