The former TGI Fridays building at Stuyvesant Plaza in Guilderland is being taken over by a burger-themed restaurant, according to a person briefed on the plan but not authorized to discuss it publicly.
Rachel Ferluge, general manager of the plaza, said in a statement that she could confirm “a new tenant will be joining our vibrant community.” She offered no further information about the style of the restaurant or whether it was part of a chain or independently owned. An Instagram post this morning on the plaza’s page shows blurry photos of what appear to be a burger and fries, with the caption, “Something delicious is coming our way.
