Lunch Aid in Upstate New York Arrested for Child Endangerment

Lunch Monitor from the Capital Region Arrested

State Police in New York say they arrested a Cobleskill, NY, man for five counts of endangering the welfare of a child while he was working at a middle school.

According to the State Police, Troopers received a complaint on April 7th that Paul G. Hallock, 65, of Cobleskill, reportedly had “inappropriate conversations” with students at the William H. Golding Middle School. The report states that Hallock was working there as a lunch monitor.
