Sticker Mule CEO announces layoffs as they move toward automation

Amsterdam, NY — One of Amsterdam’s largest employers is laying off 68 people as it moves towards automation.

According to Stickermule CEO Anthony Constantino, the company has installed nearly 250 robots. Constantino, who previously announced his intent to run for Congress, says the company is looking to do more with fewer people, potentially offering higher wages.

Constantino recently tried convincing Republican County Chairs that he could be a congressional candidate if Elise Stefanik left her seat, in this case, blaming democrats for what he calls “democrat economic terrorism,” and claiming his company took a hit because of his political views…
