Sheriff: Pair made false statements regarding tampered medication to person with disabilities

Two people are facing charges for allegedly making false statements about tampered medication given to a person at a Saratoga County facility for people with disabilities.

Allyson N. Owens, 46, of Glens Falls, is accused of giving medication to a client at Saratoga Bridges knowing that it had been tampered with, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said. Owens also provided a false sworn statement to police, according to investigators.
