ALBANY — Momentum is building for a July 4 opening for the new pool in Lincoln Park.
The city of Albany has not touted an opening with any fanfare. Opening day for the $20 million, years-in-the-making facility is simply scheduled for Independence Day on the city’s website.
But officials have begun meeting with local people to discuss the return of swimming in the park…
