Man pleads guilty in Albany bike gang shootout case

A man involved in a fatal shootout between rival bike gangs in October 2021 has pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a weapon.

32-year-old Collin Billingsley admitted to the charge, he faces up to 12 years in state prison, followed by five years of post-release supervision, when he is sentenced on July 18.
