Schenectady man pleads guilty to gun and drug trafficking charges

A Schenectady man has pleaded guilty to federal gun and drug charges after authorities seized firearms and large quantities of methamphetamine, fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine. Anthony Sindoni, 37, now faces a minimum of 15 years in prison.

Details of the guilty plea

Sindoni admitted to possessing three firearms — a Keltec P-32 .32 caliber pistol, a Polymer 80 PF940C 9mm pistol, and a Mossberg 20-gauge pump shotgun — to support his drug trafficking activities. He also admitted to possessing with intent to distribute:

  • Over 754 grams of methamphetamine
  • 520 grams of fentanyl
  • 454 grams of cocaine
  • 17 grams of heroin
