Albany school zone speeding leads to $3 million in issued tickets

Albany’s school zone speeding cameras have already led to $3.24 million in tickets, the city said.

The speed limits are enforced between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. on school days. The tickets began going out last October, after a brief grace period.
