Hudson River, Esopus Creek spill over after coastal storms

TROY — Minor flooding hit the Capital Region and Hudson Valley between Friday and early Saturday morning after nearly a week of persistent rain.

Hudson River water levels in Troy reached 21.5 feet — a low flood stage — shortly after 5 a.m. on Saturday, according to the National Weather Service in Albany.
