ALBANY — A long-running dispute between Lee Kindlon and a Schuylerville man he defended years ago hasn’t ended after Kindlon left private practice to be sworn in as Albany County district attorney.
The latest twist: A committee that investigates the conduct of lawyers has found “sufficient basis for a finding of professional misconduct,” a letter states, in what Robert Dougal says is in response to a complaint he filed against Kindlon.
