A Stillwater man is accused of taking $16,000 to renovate a home in Washington County and not completing the work.
Hudson Falls Police said Stephen G. Clark, 42, agreed in May 2024 to renovate the property in the village of Hudson Falls. Clark did not finish the job, according to police.
