Two broadcast TV news legends announced they were retiring in 2025. Steve Caporizzo and Liz Bishop both plan to say good-bye to news. Caporizzo shared his plans in January, although he will stick around as the chief meteorologist at News10ABC till the end of June. Bishop will finish up her time behind the anchor desk in May.
WTEN reporter and anchor Stephanie Rivas shared in early February that she’d be heading to Florida to take a morning reporter role at a station near her hometown. Meanwhile, meteorologist Alyssa Caroprese left CBS6 Albany for News10ABC earlier this year.
