HALFMOON, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Halfmoon man is facing several charges after police said he committed rape on Tuesday. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said David Crawford, 38, restrained the victim during the alleged crime.

Crawford was charged with predatory sexual assault, two counts of rape in the first degree, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and unlawful imprisonment in the second degree.
Police said he has previously been convicted of rape.
He was arraigned and sent to the Saratoga County Jail…
