Albany, N.Y. (WNYT) – Ebeny Kornegay’s home on Jennings Drive in Albany bears the scars of gun violence: bullet holes and blood stains.
She was in bed next to her eight-year-old daughter, with her older daughter in the next room, when she heard the shots on May 11.
“After the first five maybe, I realized it was gunshots,” she said. “I jumped up, screaming, yelling. I got hit in the arm from the glass from the mirror that stands right in front of my bed.”…
