Police: Albany man threatened neighbor with gun

An Albany man is accused of threatening his neighbor with a gun.

Albany Police officers responded to a residence on Third Street near Ontario Street around 8:15 p.m. on Monday for a report of a person with a weapon. Police said Woodley Vales, 38, threatened the woman with the gun after a dispute. He then left the scene.

Vales was seen leaving the scene with a red backpack, according to police. He was identified as the suspect and arrested without incident…
