ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)– An Albany man was arrested during a traffic stop Monday on drug possession charges. According to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office, Marc Inman, 55, faces multiple charges.

According to deputies, a traffic stop was conducted near the intersection of Washington Avenue and South Swan Street for a vehicle and traffic violation. Upon the stop, deputies reported finding one kilogram of cocaine along with 1,716 bags of fentanyl in the vehicle.
Deputies said the drugs were allegedly packaged with the intent to sell and distribute. Inman was placed under arrest and the drugs were seized.
Inman was charged with:
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree, a class A-I Felony
- Three Counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, class B felonies
- Multiple Traffic Violations
After his arrest, Inman was transported to the Albany County Correctional Facility as a pre-arraigned detainee. He is expected to be arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court Tuesday…
