Man rejects plea deal in case of pit bull death in Albany

The Bronx man accused of setting his pit bull on fire earlier this year in an Albany parking lot went before a judge on Friday.

Christopher Maxwell had an offer from the district attorney to plead guilty, and then spend one and a third to four years in prison. It was an offer that he could refuse, and he did.
